Here at Mo Length, it is our mission to gratify all customers. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns at this time. For all exchanges, customer care must be notified within 3 days of receiving the product. In addition, all hair must be returned within 7 business days in its original state and packaging

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed.

Billing and shipping address must match.

Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days.

Domestic Regular Shipping is 3-5 Business days.

International Shipping is 7-10 business days.

Not Responsible for Carrier Delays.

Orders cannot be changed after payment is complete.

All orders require signature by carrier upon delivery.
