At Mo Length, our mission is to deliver an unmatched luxury experience with every order. Because our hair extensions and wigs are premium beauty products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds. However, we do accept exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchanges

• Exchange requests must be submitted to our Customer Care team within 3 days of delivery.
• Returned hair must be received within 7 business days, in its original condition, unaltered, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Pre-made wigs and custom units are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Order Processing

• Please allow 2 to 3 business days for order processing before shipping.
• Once payment is complete, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
• Billing and shipping addresses must match for security purposes.

Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days
• Domestic Standard Shipping: 3 to 5 business days
• International Shipping: 7 to 10 business days
• All orders require a signature upon delivery.
