Because our hair extensions and wigs are considered premium beauty items, all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges once hair has been purchased, installed, colored, or altered in any way. This policy ensures that every client receives 100% authentic, untouched luxury hair for the purest experience.

Mo Length cannot be held responsible for results, shedding, or damage if hair is installed, cut, or colored by anyone other than a licensed professional.
