Due to Negligence from the mailman I didn’t receive my order however Mo from molenght stepped in and was on it. For the past 19 days she was on the phone calling and calling the post office asking them what happened. They kept giving her Excuses and the runaround just like they did me, and lied to her several times. Mo was very patient with this whole mix up and she ended up replacing my hair for me. She took her time to figure things out and was very attentive To my concerns. Due to COVID-19 I wasn’t able to go in the fox hills mall to pick up my hair like I normally do. I’ve been a customer of Molenght for Quite some time now and I must say the hair is excellent. I have four bundles I’ve had now for a year and a half and they’re still like new, hair is still full and barely Sheds. Thank you Mo for helping

My Holi does we’re full! The length was exact ! The hair doesn’t tangle and the hair is silky! My bundles are amazing and I can’t wait to buy more! I’ll admit, it does shed, but very minimal like in good way like how REAL raw weave hair is suppose to!
